Who it's for

What do you make?

▶For game devs

More game. Less art backlog.

Solo or small team, the art is usually what stalls the build. Describe a character, keep coding, come back to it moving.

01

A moving character in one sitting

Prompt, image, 3D model, skeleton, animation. About 15 minutes for one character on an M-series MacBook, while you work on something else.

02

Drops straight into your engine

One GLB file with textures, skeleton and animation baked in. Open it in Godot, Unity, Unreal or three.js. No export dance.

Triangles
5k–100kyou pick: 5k, 15k, 40k (our game-ready default) or 100k
Textures
2Kcolour, normal and material maps, all 2048 px
Skeleton
34–52 boneshumanoid, fingers when the hands have them
Props
LOD0–2three detail levels, game-size scale
03

A whole level's props in one go

Ask for a 3×3 sheet of props. AssetFurnace cuts it apart and builds all nine in 3D, sized for a game with lighter versions for distance. A tavern or scrapyard in one run.

04

Ship it without licence surprises

Every file carries a record of each model that touched it, and its licence. You know before you ship, not after a takedown.

05

Your coding agent makes the art too

Every step is also a command. Point Claude Code or Codex at it and it can make assets while you both build the game.

✎For 3D artists

Skip the blank canvas. Keep the craft.

A first draft in minutes, not a replacement for you. Use it for blockouts, previz, background pieces, or a base to sculpt over.

01

Concept to 3D draft in minutes

Drag the line. Left is the picture, right is the 3D model built from it, same angle. Bring your own concept art, or describe one.

02

See exactly what you're getting

Drag to see the real mesh. This one is at our 40k game-ready setting, and it is triangles, not clean quads. Fine for games and previz; for hero work, plan to retopologise (rebuild a clean mesh over it).

03

Test ten ideas before you commit to one

Turn a rough idea into something you can spin around in minutes. Kill the weak ones early, spend your hours on the one that works.

04

Use only the steps you need

Start at any step with a file you already have. Rig and animate your own sculpt, or stop at the textured mesh and take it into Blender.

05

Opens cleanly in Blender

Standard GLB: mesh, UV-mapped textures (the image wrapped onto the model) and, if you want it, a skeleton. No plugin needed.

Licences

Can I sell what I make? Mostly yes. Every file tells you.

Each step uses an open model with its own licence. The viewer shows it before you run anything, and the record travels with the file.

How it works

Six steps, one window

Run the whole chain, or start at any step with a file you already have. The viewer remembers your runs, so the next step is a dropdown, not an upload.

  1. 01

    Prompt

Describe it. The viewer nudges characters into a rig-friendly T-pose.

  2. 02

    Image

A local image model draws it, or bring your own art.

  3. 03

    3D

    Pixal3D, TRELLIS.2 or Hunyuan3D.

  4. 04

    Finish

Clean mesh, fixed materials, game-friendly size.

  5. 05

    Rig

Skeleton and skin weights in one click.

  6. 06

    Animate

Walk, run, punch, kick, dance and more.

Bring your own agent

Your agent drives it. Your machine does the work.

Every step the viewer runs is also a command. Point Claude Code, Codex or a local model at the repo and it can make assets while you build the game.

  • Use the AI you already have. Claude Code, Codex, a local model, or none at all.
  • Local by default. Run on your own machine and prompts, images and models stay on it.
  • Licences travel with the file. Each output records every model that touched it.
Questions

Before you clone

Is it free?

Free to run on your own machine: no account, no credits, no API keys. A paid cloud option is coming for people without a capable GPU.

What do I need?

An Apple Silicon Mac (32 GB memory recommended) or a Linux PC with an NVIDIA card (24 GB tested). Each 3D engine downloads 8–20 GB of model files once, and only after you say yes.

What doesn't it do well yet?

It rigs humanoids only; four-legged creatures are on the roadmap. Fast kicks look soft, extreme poses can bend like rubber, and meshes are triangles, not clean quads.

What comes out?

GLB files with textures, a skeleton and animation. They open in Blender, Godot, Unity and three.js.

Can my AI agent use it?

Yes, through the command line today. An MCP server is coming next, so any MCP client can call it directly.
